Get ready for our next writing challenge!
It's time to create something new and frightening. For our next meeting, we're doing a quick dive into horror or thriller fiction.

Here's the scoop:

Compose a short story, or a few paragraphs of a story, inspired by the first line of a spooky horror novel from the PDF below. I know the meeting's on November 1st, but we can't just skip Halloween! You can make it as long or short as you want, but don’t forget to bring your creation.

We'll take turns reading our stories aloud and then share our comments and feedback.
